Every year, I post something for World Suicide Prevention Day. Usually, I know exactly what to say. But this year, due to all of the craziness that has happened in my life, I’m really finding I lack words.
I could sit here preach to you about how great life is and how everything will be all fine and dandy one day. I could say that these intense feelings go away and life gets easy. But if I said any of the above, I’d be a straight up liar. You can’t have life without pain, without stress and sadness. But you can’t forget about all of the other things you can feel, like hope and joy and happiness. I
